Elym 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Elym, we take pride in the quality and performance of our red light therapy products. Every device is built to deliver safe, reliable results — and your satisfaction is our top priority.

This 1-Year Limited Warranty covers Elym products purchased directly from elymtherapy.ca or through authorized retailers.

Warranty Coverage

Elym warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

During this period, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Elym will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product,

• Replace it with the same or comparable model, or

• Provide store credit equal to the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

• The product was purchased from Elym or an authorized seller.

• The claim is made within one year of the original purchase date.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

• The product has been used only as intended, following the included instructions.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, etc.)

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

• Water damage or corrosion

• Products used with incompatible power sources or accessories

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondhand

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact contact@elymtherapy.com and include:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase

2. A description of the issue

3. Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Shipping Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Elym for inspection or repair.

• If the warranty claim is approved, Elym will cover return shipping of the repaired or replacement unit.

• If the claim is denied, the customer may choose to have the product returned at their expense.

Limitations & Disclaimers

This warranty is limited to the terms stated above.
Elym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience arising from the use of our products.

No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.

Warranty Period

Coverage Length: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
After this period, repairs or replacements may be offered at a discounted service rate at Elym’s discretion.
