Shipping Policy

All orders will receive an email with tracking information once processing is complete, allowing you to follow your package from start to finish throughout its entire journey.

We ship all orders using trusted local courier partners. Our products are conceived, engineered, and housed in our warehouse, and typical transit times for North American orders range from 10–14 business days. Please note that some tracking labels may remain in a "Created" status until the courier scans the parcel into their system.

Orders placed outside of North America are shipped through APC Worldwide and may experience longer transit times depending on destination and customs processing.
